Reclaim Your Time

Let AI Handle the Busy Work So You Can Focus on Teaching

Practical AI learning for educators who want to work smarter and protect more time for meaningful teaching.

Reclaim Your Time introduces practical ways AI can support your everyday work, from planning and communication to creating resources and strengthening your thinking.

The August workshop and replay experience have concluded, but Reclaim Your Time will return.

Until then, pull up a chair in the Friday Faculty Lounge, where we're continuing the conversation about thoughtful, practical AI use in education.

You'll receive practical AI ideas, real questions from educators, and first notice of upcoming AI for Educators workshops and learning opportunities.

Teaching Was Never Meant to Feel Like a Never-Ending To-Do List

You became an educator because you wanted to inspire students, build relationships, and create meaningful learning experiences.

But somewhere along the way, the work surrounding teaching started competing with the reason you became a teacher in the first place.

  • Lesson planning

  • Grading and feedback

  • Creating resources

  • Emails, communication, and documentation

  • Differentiating instruction

  • Administrative tasks

The demands keep growing, and even the most dedicated educators can find themselves spending more time managing the work than enjoying the work.

Start the Year Differently:

Excited, empowered, and supported

Every school year begins with the same hope:

"This year will be different."

You organize your materials.

You set goals.

You create new systems.

You promise yourself you will stay ahead.

But as the demands of teaching build, even the best intentions can get buried under the weight of everything else.

What if you started this year with a new advantage?

Learning how to use AI thoughtfully can help you build smarter workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and create more space for the meaningful work that brought you into education.

AI Isn't Here to Replace Teachers

It Is Here to Support Them

Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important professional skill for educators and an essential future-ready skill for the students they teach.

But using AI effectively is not about replacing your expertise or handing over your teaching responsibilities.

It is about learning how this technology can support the work you already do.

Think of AI as the teaching assistant you always wished you had.

Like a skilled teaching assistant, AI can help you:

✓ Organize materials
✓ Plan and refine lessons
✓ Brainstorm ideas
✓ Create resources
✓ Support differentiation
✓ Provide a second set of eyes
✓ Reduce repetitive tasks

AI expands your capacity.
It will never replace your professional judgment.

The teacher remains the expert.

The teacher makes the decisions.

The teacher builds the relationships.

The teacher brings the creativity and human connection that students need.

Meet Veronica

I'm an educator, instructional leader, and lifelong learner who believes technology should make teaching more human, not less.

For more than two decades, I have worked alongside teachers to design meaningful learning experiences, improve instructional practices, and solve the everyday challenges that come with the work of education.

Like many educators, I saw the potential of AI, and I understood the hesitation. Teachers don't need another tool added to an already overwhelming workload. They need practical support to reclaim their time and focus on what matters most.

Through my work with educators, I've explored how AI can serve as the teaching assistant many of us always wished we had, helping with planning, communication, resource creation, and everyday tasks while keeping teachers firmly in the role only they can fill.

My goal is to help educators move from uncertainty to confidence.

The teacher remains the expert.
